Last Kiss Blog Tour: Publication Day - Guest post by Laurelin Paige

I was asked if I'd liked to be part of the book tour for Last Kiss, a new release from Laurelin Paige. I devoured this book in a day and it was simply incredible so I feel extremely honoured to be part of her book tour and the most exciting day too...publication day!

Here are Laurelin's hopes for the future and her reflections on the series:

"First Touch and Last Kiss will always hold a special place in my heart. They were the first solo books I wrote for one of the big traditional publishers. They were my first venture into the romantic suspense genre. They were the first books that I conceived in completion before writing them. They were also the darkest books I’ve written thus far, and, if I were to write another series like them, I’d want to figure out how to take more time writing them so that I could work in lots of breaks. Comedy breaks, in particular. It’s really hard on my psyche to write books that are so depressing without getting a little depressed myself.

This series represents a lot of milestones crossed for me, and I’m really proud that I was able to achieve what I set out to. I hope that in the future I can write a series that will be an appropriate follow-up to Emily and Reeve. They’re a hard act to follow, but I’m spending a lot of time trying to decide what I might attempt next in the traditional publishing world. Meanwhile, I’ll have Chandler out in September, and Screwmates, a romantic comedy co-written with Kayti McGee out in late fall."
